How is the 5-week series structured?
We meet live on five Sundays (Nov 30, Dec 7, Dec 14, Dec 21, Dec 29, 2025) for 1 hour each. Each session weaves metabolic teaching, practical protocols, and spiritual grounding. You’ll receive a weekly action plan and prompts to carry you through the following week.
What if I can’t make a session live?
Replays are available for each week. You’ll still receive all materials, action plans, and prompts, and you can move through them on your own schedule.
Will we cover fasting?
Yes — you’ll learn how to use short, intentional fasts (12–24 hours) safely and effectively as a tool for metabolic recovery, reducing cravings, and grounding spiritually. Fasting is optional and never punitive. You’ll be given structures to choose what fits your body, season, and medical reality.
Is this safe for midlife women / peri- and post-menopause?
This series is designed with midlife women in mind. We address hormones, sleep, stress, and nervous system patterns that often show up in peri- and post-menopause. As always, you should check anything new with your own clinician, especially if you have complex medical history.
Can men participate?
Yes, men are welcome to join. Materials covered will be relevant for both men and women, with a strong emphasis on practical metabolic support, nervous system regulation, and faith-grounded identity.
